Describe the bug:

• IBM resilient action can be saved without mandatory fields

Kibana/Elasticsearch Stack version:

• 7.10.1

Initial Context:

• To have a detection rule created with an action
• To have the IBM resilient action connector configured

Steps to reproduce:

1. Edit the created rule
2. Navigate to actions
3. Click on the cross to delete the current action
4. Select IBM resilient action
5. Save the changes

Current behavior:

• The rule is saved

Expected behavior:

• An error message should be displayed informing that the mandatory fields were not filled
• The rule is not saved

We have validated this ticket on 7.10.2 BC1 as well as 7.11.0 BC2 Cloud Builds and found that issue is now Fixed . Unable to save the rule without mandatory fields of IBM resilient
