Both the layer and field index pattern choosers don't work with a keybaord. (Can arrow to select the option, but pressing enter resets the combobox.)

There's a chance this is an EUI issue though comboboxes work in their docs so something within Kibana/Lens is more likely.

Relevant WCAG Criteria: 2.1.1 Keyboard - Level A

@myasonik Can you clarify the problem here? Pretty sure I misunderstand because to me this seems to work as expected:
change_indexpattern

To record this gif, I clicked the search input, then pressed
Shift-Tab, Enter, Up, Up, Enter

Huh... That's exactly what wasn't working before... I just tested it again in FF, Safari, and Chrome and I can't reproduce my bug again so I don't know what the issue was.
