Currently the calendars and filters pages do not specify a size parameter to the /_ml/filters/ and /_ml/calendars endpoints, so do not allow the user to view more items than the default page size of the back-end endpoints. For the calendars endpoint this limit is 100, and for the filters endpoint it only returns 10 by default (this should be 100, but is currently returning only 10).

The settings page should pass a size to the endpoints - suggest 1000 as a sensible size.
