Object importing doesn't utilize the Saved Object classes

In its current form, importing exported documents is done by simply converting the export into a bulk request. This is effective, but doesn't utilize the logic included in the SavedObejct classes for things like mapping management and default values. While this has currently only manifested in a single bug (#3882) I imagine more will pop up as we enhance the SavedObject classes down the road.
