A recent change in ES caused the index template to be created under -7-* indices but our es archive tests contain -6-* indices, which is normally not a big deal. Unfortunately, we made recent changes to how our monitoring archive mappings files are stored, mainly because ES will automatically PUT templates that match our indices when the functional test server starts and we needed to combat an issue with that during our 6.7 -> 7.0 migration work.

Unfortunately, this is now causing our archive indices to be indexed without any mappings, as the new template only matches -7-* indices now.

We need to restore the proper mappings inside of our mappings.json files
