For Beats CM tags, the tag name only allows for letters, numbers, and dashes (no spaces).

When creating a tag with spaces in the name ("Metricbeat ES Module"), it still allows creation, but results in duplicates in the tags created: both “Metricbeat-ES Module” and “Metricbeat-ES-Module were created. This appears to be a bug.
