[Kibana 6.4] Exporting objects with a search, shows exporting less objects, but exports all

Elasticsearch version: 6.4.0

Server OS version: centos7

Browser version: Chrome 68.0.3440.106

Browser OS version: Windows 10 17134.228

Original install method (e.g. download page, yum, from source, etc.): Repo, Yum

Describe the bug: When going into saved objects, doing a search, and then clicking on export XX items, it still exports all items.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Go to Management > Saved Objects
2. Type netflow (if you have the netflow dashboards)
3. It shows a rough amount correct to the search
4. Export all
5. Check the file, its everything.

Expected behavior: I would think it should match the numbers shown.

I have the same issue in kibana 6.5.1

@elasticmachine @rashidkpc The same defect persists in Kibana 7.3.1 and has potential for bad consequences, especially for Spaces implementation + Saved Objects migration use-cases. Is the fix being targeted for any upcoming releases?
