Summary

To improve the discovery of the rules requiring updates, we want to inform users about them on the Installed rules table and rule details page.

User story

  • As a user, whenever there is a prebuilt rule update, I want to be informed about it to take action sooner.

Acceptance criteria

  • Rules that have incoming updates are clearly indicated in the Installed rules table.
  • If the rule has a pending update, there is a call to action to update the rule on the rule details page.
  • If the user is editing a rule with a pending update - we inform that we recommend to update the rule to the latest version first.
