[Maps] Tooltips field overflow

Original install method (e.g. download page, yum, from source, etc.): Elastic Cloud

Describe the bug:

Long texts don't fit correctly on tooltips

Steps to reproduce:

1. Add a new runtime field to the Kibana Flights sample dataset with a very long url
2. Add it to the tooltip definition of a documents layer

Expected behavior:

It should be displayed in the same way the field is broken in the runtime field preview.
