Describe the bug:
When changing the field of an existing control, any old selections that were made using the previous field will remain.

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Create a new control
  2. Make some sort of selection with that control
  3. Edit the control
  4. Change the field that it is referencing
  5. Notice how the old selections remain

Expected behavior:
The old selections should be cleared
