Description:
The Blocklist entries are allowed to be assigned per policy on Basic license

Build Details:

VERSION: 8.2.0 SNAPSHOT
BUILD: 51277
COMMIT: 7184408f3316c2354694534c8ca079c85e4191cd

Browser Details:
All

Preconditions:

  1. Kibana user should be logged in.
  2. Downgrade the license to Basic

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Navigate to Endpoints Tab from the left hand side navigation
  2. Go to the Blocklist tab
  3. Add a new entry and observe the user is able to select the per policy option. However, the policies are non-selectable.

Impacted Test case:
N/A

Actual Result:
The Blocklist entries are allowed to be assigned per policy on Basic license

Expected Result:
The Blocklist entries should be assigned globally on Basic license

What's not working:
N/A

We have validated this issue on 8.2.0 BC2 and observed that issue is now Fixed.
