Visualization with only a single bucket should not require user to select bucket-type #10833

Visualization that only have a single bucket-type, such as Tilemap or Tagcloud, should not expect user to select the bucket-type. Kibana can make that selection automatically.

Tilemap is not in kibana anymore and tagcloud has 2 buckets
