[Stack monitoring] Create functiontal tests for cloud

There are some features that are different in a cloud deployment, like the messaging when there is no data available. There are some issues already to work on this:

• [Monitoring] Fix elasticsearch/node_detail.js api integration tests for cloud #31018
• [Monitoring] Fix elasticsearch_settings/check_nodes.js api integration tests for cloud #31019
• [Monitoring] Fix elasticsearch/nodes.js functional test for cloud #31020

If it's too difficult to enable/create these tests, it could be enough with covering the components with unit tests.
