[EuiSuggest] open suggestions when clicking on an input control

In Kibana we open Suggeestions list in our existing (custom) Suggest component when user click on Input conrol. But in EuiSuggest it happens when we start typing.

Is it possible to add some flag to change this?, because for Kibana we want to keep the existing behavior

Broader discussion on making components like this more consistent: #4302. But, yes, the current idea is that the dropdown should open on initial focus.
