Stored scripts prior to 6.0 allowed users to input a stored script with an id of the format 'lang#id'. That format was deprecated in 6.0, but due to a bug (#47593) has stayed through 7.x. In 8.0 we can remove this code finally as there is no longer a way for users to enter these old-style ids and they should be completely removed from the cluster state.
