Use labels to annotate Enclaver images #104

Add two labels to images built by enclaver build:

  1. A label to indicate that the image was built by enclaver
  2. A label indicating the hash of the source image

These have a variety of use-cases, for example enclaver run could:

  1. Refuse to run images which are not enclaver images (to avoid confusion)
  2. Automatically build updated images when the target is out of date
