Publication of j2v8_linux_x86_64 #536
Comments
There is a more up to date version published on the wiki in https://github.com/caoccao/Javet, which is a J2V8 alternative for Windows/Linux. I would suggest migrating to javet since J2V8 doesn't support Windows/Linux anymore |
I published a private build of 6.2.0 for Linux and Windows at this repo Javet. You are welcome taking a try. |
thank you @caoccao. I'm not sure to understand what is Javet in comparison with J2V8. Is it a fork ? a rewrite ? |
It's a brand new library with a set of new API, new capabilities. I started it from scratch. A few J2V8 users have migrated to Javet. |
We're planning to release it officially via the Maven repository. For now, you can use the build artifact from: https://github.com/eclipsesource/J2V8/actions/runs/1117041236 |
Hi, is there a reason why the last j2v8_linux_x86_64 artefact is currently the 4.8.0 ?
Is it possible to publish the 6.2.0 ?
