matchAndDispatchwas sending toclient.oboundPwhich created a potential deadlock (in rare situations). This change brings control of thematchAndDispatchlifecycle understopCommsWorkers(removes the use of theclient.outboundpchannel) which should ensure a managed shutdown (with any outstandingACKmessages transmitted if possible).
