After copying a file from a . hidden directory, pasting it to another directory fails silently.

Error occurred while copying file:///workspace/node_modules/.bin/theia to file:///workspace/hello-world-python/theia. The file does not exist at file:///workspace/hello-world-python/theia.

Also it would be nice to have a notification if the pasting a file fails for any reason.

@AlexTugarev I've tested recently and could not reproduce the issue anymore. Is it still a problem?

I could not reproduce the issue any longer, we can re-open if the problem persists.
