Is your task related to a problem? Please describe.

Che Theia Cypress tests aren't stable.
I've disabled one of them which is sometimes false positive eclipse-che/che-theia#765

Describe the solution you'd like

We need to investigate why these tests are false positives sometimes and make them more stable.
