Story description

Move the README.md files to the guidelines/contributing folder in order to show the documentation on the design guidelines site.

  • Update catalog.json
  • Create folder structure
  • Store documentation files in every image folder
  • Remove heading anchors
  • Remove emojis
  • Change link paths in overview to the relative paths in developer central
