(Sadly) the default messenger App for most people is WhatsApp ... because of network effects and inertia.

Last year WhatsApp co-founder Brian Acton who sold the company to Facebook in 2014 for the Benjamins,

  • Install Signal on phone
  • Invite others to test UX
  • document the on-boarding process so others can follow.
  • Evaluate if Signal has the usability to replace WhatsApp for team "logistical" communications.
