We discovered that files read from the file system in GitHub Actions were appearing in a different order than previous runs. I could not replicate this in Docker using the same container used for running the tests. The new order was causing differences and/or failures in some of the use case runs. We made minor updates to some of the use cases to prevent this from happening, such as changing a python embedding script that loops over observation files to process to sort the list first.
