Describe the bug

When creating an HTTP based binding in a Blazor app, the above exception is thrown.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
Constructing BasicHttpBinding using the default constructor should be sufficient.

Expected behavior
No exception on construction of binding
