The build step which produces the apt linux packages is running on EOL distro version. #1252

We should use the latest LTS supported distro where debpkg works - create 20.04 if not yet available. |
@NikolaMilosavljevic do we really need this for 5.0? Just discussed this in the infra meeting and we believe this isn't interfering with the 5.0 release. |
I'm fine if we fix it during 6.0 and backport to 5.0 servicing. The sooner the better. I have actually found some blockers in implementation, so this will certainly take more time to get right. |

Package Runtime Deps, Runtime, Framework Packs installers - ubuntu.14.04
build step which produces the apt linux packages is running on a EOL distro version. Specifically it appears to be usingmcr.microsoft.com/dotnet-buildtools/prereqs:ubuntu-14.04-debpkg-e5cf912-20175003025046
