Per #68889, the implementation is heavily VSTest-oriented only and doesn't support running MTP tests.

Running MTP tests is supported in Visual Studio Test Explorer, DevKit, and Rider.

It's missing in the simple LSP implementation.

cc @dibarbet (already had an email with you a while back about this), but letting this go through the triaging to decide whether you want to implement this.
