Unable to run brand new MAUI app on windows due to error regarding missing dependency that seems to be installed

Description

I was going to try and experiment with MAUI, which i have never used before, but im getting compilation errors about a missing WindowsAppRuntime dependency. Weirdly, in the error it lists the WindowsAppRuntime dependencies installed on the machine and the exact one its saying it needs - an x64 version of 1003.565.600.0 is listed in there.

I am using Windows 11

Steps to Reproduce

Open visual studio 17.3
Create new .Net MAUI app
Press F5 to run on "Windows Machine"

Version with bug

6.0.486 (current)

Last version that worked well
