Affected case:
I6-Grouping-I6 - Grouping with GridItemsLayouts for Vertical list with GridItemsLayout.VerticalItemSpacing

Note: there is a known closed bug in GitHub: #7620

Steps to Reproduce

1.Deploy https://devdiv.visualstudio.com/Pkgs/_git/VS.TestAssets.Xaml?path=/Assets/Projects/ManualMauiTests to Maccatalyst.
2.Navigate to 'I CollectionView' ->'I6 Grouping' -> 'Grouping with GridItemsLayouts for Vertical list with GridItemsLayout.VerticalItemSpacing'.
3. Observed the page. There is an extra space above Big & Awesome.

Not a regression, the issue also reproduced on 8.0.70 & 8.0.3

It was fixed on 9.0.30-ci.main.24616.1 at iOS and Maccatalyst , window platform.

After re-verification: This issue still repro on 9.0.30-ci.main.24616 & 9.0.30 & 9.0.40-ci.main.25108.1 in Windows platform, but MacCatalyst and iOS platforms do not repro on 9.0.30-ci.main.24616 & 9.0.30 & 9.0.40-ci.main.25108.1.

Windows: failed

MacCatalyst and iOS: work fine
