Description

I CollectionView - The layout and rendering of subpages are not displayed correctly

Steps to Reproduce

1. Deploy https://devdiv.visualstudio.com/Pkgs/_git/VS.TestAssets.Xaml?path=/Assets/Projects/ManualMauiTests to Windows.
2. Navigate to 'I CollectionView' ->'I1 Layout'/'I2 Spacing'/'I3 Sizing'/'I4 Selection'/'I5 EmptyView'/'I6 Grouping'/'I7 Pull to Refresh'/'I8 Headers and Footers'/'I9 Csrolling'/'I10 Swipe'
3. Check page display

Actual Behavior:
I CollectionView - The layout and rendering of subpages are not displayed correctly

Expected Behavior:
The layout is displayed in the top grid and the colors are rendered correctly

Is this a regression from previous behavior?

Not a regression, The issue also repro on 8.0.61 & 8.0.60& 8.0.40 & 8.0.20 & 8.0.3
