Planning WinForms Visual Studio content

This issue is to design the TOC for the Visual Studio content for WinForms. The Visual Studio docs have some of this content for WinForms, but we can do more. While generic project/solution creation stuff that is common between all types of projects can be covered in the Visual Studio docs, WinForms specific Visual Studio activity should be covered here.

Content can be shared between the area it belongs, and the generic Visual Studio area. For example, the Forms section of content has a few articles related to Visual Studio such as Add a form which can be shared in the Visual Studio area.
