[near-operation-file preset] prepend text with add plugin

Hello, here is my config of codegen

As you see I am trying to prepend some text to generated text with add plugin. However files generated with near-operation-file preset always contain base types import at the very top like this:

import * as Types from '../../../../__generated__/globalTypes';

/* tslint:disable */
/* eslint-disable */

export type /*...*/

I experimented with order of plugins and with placement config of add plugin but without success. It is important to me to have linters disable statements at the top of the file. Is there some way to achieve this?
