When assigning a value to a variable, MySQL allows either = or :=, but Dolt currently only supports =. Recently a customer on Discord mentioned the lack of support for := had tripped them up.

I missed an older issue in the backlog for this same work: #4489

Closing this one in favor of the older backlog issue.
