Release of 8.4.2 for Maven Central

Just minor alterations to make the framework deployable to Maven Central via Binary / jcenter.

Release 8.4.2

Various bug fixes and finally a correct setup of the maven dependencies. The framework now can be referenced via com.calendarfx:calendar instead of two separate artifact IDs. The parent POM was missing on jcenter.

Release 8.4.1

The first release of CalendarFX as an open source framework. Contains the initial cleanup when moving to GitHub and also a new feature to enable / disable editing operations for calendar entries (change start time, change end time, move, delete).
