Describe the Bug

When creating a new page and adding a new contact to it, the page is not linked to the contact. It only happens when you publish a newpage, it is linked when Updating the page or saving as a draft.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Go to 'Contacts'
  2. Create a new Contact
  3. Go to 'Pages'
  4. Create a new page
  5. Insert the new contact
  6. Publish the page
  7. Go back to the new contact
  8. See that the new page is not linked "This contact is not currently referred to on any page. "

Expected Behavior

The new page shows up in the contact form after publishing it.

Actual Behavior

The new page doesn't show up in the contact form after publishing it.

This is likely the same elusive bug that @osmers encountered and confirmed in #3280 - and I am having the same exact problem as back then, I cannot reproduce this locally. In my local environment, saving a new page also insta-adds it to the contact's info page. But the issue definitely occurs on the test-cms.

It's also not contact-specific: inserting a link into a new page, then saving it, does not make the link appear in the link checker, like it's supposed to. I think the next step should be to examine the logs on the test-cms - maybe the linkchecker throws an error or, more likely, times out there?

@osmers Does this need to be fixed before the release? :)
