🔖 Feature description

Segregate OS/Base image vulnerabilities and source code vulenrabilities on devtron dashboard

🎤 Pitch / Usecases

Trivy provides this by default in CLI scan but devtron dashboard doesn't have that segregation. Ops team will own the vulenrabilities of Base image and dev team will own for code level.
