OneStop IDs are yet another attempt to form globally stable IDs for operators, stops, etc.

The transit.land DataStore repo has a test file that we can port over.

I'm interested in writing a JS implementation of the OneStop ID.

What do you think about moving the OneStop ID implementation (or documentation at least) into a standalone repo? It would signal to devs that it is supposed to be used across platforms and projects.

I'm trying to collect the specific implementations from transitland-datastore. Are the following the correct ones?
