Copied and pasted from requirements doc which we reviewed:

Verify the order in which the precautions are evaluated
Handle lacking each precaution in a way that makes sense. Some are OK, some are not, and some are OK if handled properly

We currently don't take off it the drone is out of position, or the orientation is upside down. Can we close this? @tessmichi
