Version 1.2.0

This is very close to the version of ColoradoRLA that was used to audit the June 2018 primary election in Colorado.
While we refer to this as version 1.2.0, the server's version string still identified it as version 1.1.0.

Version 1.1.0.3

This version represents the code as used in Colorado's Coordinated Election on November 7, 2017.

The server identified itself as 1.1.0, while the rla_export version was 1.1.0.3.
