[BUG]: Helm charts environment variables are missing for powermax-array-config

Bug Description

Helm charts environment variables are missing for powermax-array-config and due to this error is occurring when powermax is installed from helm:
"unable to read array config file" error="open /powermax-array-config/powermax-array-config.yaml: no such file or directory"
