Weird Japanese STT transcript with nova-2-general

(The issue does not directly related to python SDK but as I'm mostly using python so I report it here)

What is the current behavior?

Steps to reproduce

This is hard to reproduce, but the general workflow is:

• User using our app, play some youtube audio on another device to test the STT
• Got the weird output

Expected behavior

Meaningful transcript

Please tell us about your environment

• We're using Deepgram STT via livekit agent plugins at: https://github.com/livekit/agents/blob/main/livekit-plugins/livekit-plugins-deepgram/livekit/plugins/deepgram/stt.py
• livekit-agent version: 0.12.6
• python 3.11

@trung-castalk this issue is better to report in our Community Forum as it's likely not specific to the SDK itself and more likely is a model specific issue.
