cant get verified on deepgram discord

hi. I have tried to get verified but when i click the 'get verified' thing in deepgram discord channel, a new window opens in the browser gets stuck.

have you tried in multiple browsers? What browser is this occurring in? Sometimes a pop-up blocker could prevent this from working, so I'd suggest to check that first to see if another browser can complete the process or if something might be blocking the window from completely opening.

Hi there, I'm trying to the discord now and I can't get verified still. I'm using the discord mac app. Have joined the server. Pressed "Get verified now" link, opened in browser, approved the connection, back in discord app, still not verified 🤷‍♂️. Any help would be appreciated, as I'm getting like 95% 503 errors.

Oh, sorry for spamming, but I'm gonna leave breadcrumbs for others:

If you get tons of 503's, except for on really short audio requests for "Test", check to make sure you're doing:

const deepgram = createClient(DEEPGRAM_API_KEY);

and not:

const deepgram = createClient(DEEPGRAM_API_KEY, {
global: { fetch: { options: { url: "https://api.beta.deepgram.com" } } },
});

That beta api URL causes problems. I copied it from the JS sdk readme mistakenly, instead of the simple production createClient. Hope that helps someone else.
