[Bug] Stream error handler cannot catch all exceptions in NodeJS

I can successfully set up a stream. Here is my code.

        sample_rate: 8000,

      }
      const stream = DG_CLIENT.listen.live(options);
      stream.addListener(LiveTranscriptionEvents.Error,this._onStreamError);
      stream.addListener(LiveTranscriptionEvents.Open,this._onConnected);
      stream.addListener(LiveTranscriptionEvents.Transcript, this._onReceiveResult );
      stream.addListener(LiveTranscriptionEvents.Close,this._closeStream);
      this.stream = stream;
      setTimeout(()=>{
        if( !this.closed && this._retryConnection > 0 && 
          this.stream === stream && stream.getReadyState() !== SOCKET_STATES.open ) {
          // reopen connection
          stream.reconnect(options);
          this._retryConnection--;
        }
      },5000);

However, the error handler cannot catch all exceptions.

My exception handler in the process can catch errors like this.

What's this error?
Why it is not catched?

There is no uuid in the exception when I catch the error.

It looks like it fails to connect.

Same here, only happens when utterance_end_ms is passed
