Off the top of my head, we should explain

Account structure. legacy, 0 = unified transparent + Orchard, 1 = Orchard receivers only, which is a unified address
zcashd-wallet-tool seed phrase acknowledgement

The -exportdir switch for zcashd too. That seems to be required for the zcashd-wallet-tool part.
