CustomError: Cannot find module '.../node_modules/@veramo/did-provider-ion/build/json-canonicalizer' imported from .../node_modules/@veramo/did-provider-ion/build/functions.js

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behaviour:
Followed the node.js guide in the veramo docs, but used the did-provider-ion

Observed behaviour
Error when trying to import and use did-provider-ion in an esm project

Expected behaviour
No error
