By default, HUD controls are hidden until mouse hover. There's no configuration option to keep controls displayed all the time.

I am not sure what the protocol is for this (I am new to github) but I would like to second this request. I find it very jarring how the UI pops in/out as I hover over. It would be very helpful to have an option to make a the UI 'static'.

Further, I would also like to make an enhancement request for an option to prevent the cards from popping out when hovered over. The space above the images for character names and the hide/dead/delete buttons could be visible all the time. It is possible to include this in this request, or should I make another?

To "add your voice" to a GH issue you can drop a comment as you did, or simply hit the emoji button and add a 👍

Your other request should go into a separate issue :)
