Redundant Dagonic Homelands

After Cthulhu has left there's the possibility that Dagonic Shores will be wiped out.
It's possible that it could reform via Culture but homelands in now non-dagonic countries make this almost impossible.

Homelands in non-dagonic should gradually be removed?
Same should be true on Yigian demise?
