Build on top of Mediachain

Hi @dramsay9 we conceived of a very similar idea earlier this year and it would be awesome to combine our efforts!

Mediachain was built with usecases exactly liek thsi in mind, and provides the necessary decentralized infrastructure to build the library and lookup server you mention in your writeup.

We've recently launched 1.0, and you can learn more about how it works in this blog post and play with the code in the main repo.

We're in the process of writing much better documentation and I will share that as soon as it's ready.

Hey @denisnazarov! We may have explained this in the call already, but @dramsay9 is working on this because of our conversations this summer! It just took a while to carve out time to work on it. Very excited about working together.
