The breakpoint can't be removed when multi-project opened #282

First, open a sublime project and open the debugger
Then open the second sublime project and keep the debugger closed.
Set a breakpoint in the second sublime project's view.
Open the debugger in second sublime project.
The breakpoint can't be removed in second project.

After analysis the code, I found the issue

SublimeDebugger/start.py

Line 111 in 6f4c900

return list(Debugger.debuggers())

Remove this line, the issue can be resolved.

Should we remove this line ? Or could you explain your original intention ？
