node >= 10.x
fuse installed
yarn installed - Yarn must be used due to an npm issue similar to this

Install

sudo apt update
sudo apt install -y gnupg2 gnupg-agent scdaemon pcscd libfuse-dev`
sudo yarn global add @dataparty/dpc

Setup GPG key

Assumed to have a pgp key on a yubikey from these steps
Download gpgfs example and uncomment keychain.trustKey()
Upload public-key to ubuntu servers
- gpg --keyserver hkps://keyserver.ubuntu.com:443 --send-key
