[bug]关于注解路由的问题。

1.ApiController中定义prefix不生效，只有在path中定义绝对路径才可以，比如定义path="/token"，可以通过xxx.com/path访问，但是定义path="token"，xxx.com/prefix/path，无法访问。
2.不同的prefix定义相同的path会提示路由重复，具体如图。
